Liver-loving green juice

Your liver loves green foods and sour tastes according to Chinese medicine. This refreshing juice is packed with both, as well as veggies traditionally regarded as having cooling properties to help offset excess heat in the liver. Give it a try - then give yourself a pat on the back for being so virtuous!
Ingredients:
- 5 stalks celery
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 6 kale leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 5 asparagus spears
- Handful parsley
- Handful watercress
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients through your juicer and collect your gorgeous green juice in your favourite glass. Give it a stir then drink up!
