How do you keep well over autumn and winter?

With the changing seasons, you might be feeling run down and depleted as the weather cools down. But it doesn’t have to be that way! We’re here to help you get the most out of autumn and winter.

In Chinese medicine, the colder months provide an opportunity to support your immune system by slowing down after the busier activity of the warmer months, and to focus inwards on nourishing both your body and mind with a nutritious diet, regular exercise and plenty of rest and relaxation.

A healthy immune system is a core component of overall health and wellbeing and central in our approach to making the most of autumn and winter. Luckily, there are lots of things you can do to look after yours.
